Our customers like your product knowledge and appreciate how you serve them.  I am also convinced some of them come back looking for you. I also need your incredible expertise to provide technical help to particularly athletes which is convincingly persuasive

As a business, we need to thrive in the market by competing favorably by using our skills and reaching more customers. As the manager, I would like to highlight some issues that we need to address before they deter our progress.

First, to create a rapport with our customers, you need to engage every customer by giving only the important details about our shoes. Please remember that some of our clients have limited technical knowledge and may not be comfortable with many technical details.

Moreover, some of them use the valuable information you provide regarding the products to obtain them from our competitors. I understand you are very informed about our product, but the information may still be used in public advertisement rather than individual luring of customers.

Athlete’s Foot Shoe Store is an outstanding business that gets busy most hours of the day and we, therefore, need to cooperate to service customers efficiently. It will be commendable to focus on business ethics, but my request to you is that you concentrate on the same on the restrained hours. Please remember that our employees need to boost each other during busy hours and days. Again, we remind you that the business highly requires and appreciates your work ethics. We need to continue working as a team.

In addition, you need to open eyes to all customers in the store so that none of them feels ignored or trivialized. Occasionally your colleagues may feel frustrated if you do not assist them. It might be oblivious to you, but again I wish to emphasize that you are a valuable staff member hence the need to alert you of such occurrences.

On that note, I will be glad to have a face-to-face meeting with you in my office on 9th October 2018 at 2:30 pm so that we can discuss the highlighted issues. The meeting will be fundamental at both business and personal levels because we will be able to identify strategies and future actions.
