Term paper   Students will research, prepare, and submit a term paper on the course-related topic of their choice.  This project should further develop and expose students to a specific course topic including (but not limited to): o Specific techniques, topics, or issues related to design of training or development. o Specific techniques, topics, or issues related to methods of training or development. o Specific techniques, topics, or issues related to delivery of training or development. o Specific techniques, topics, or issues related to key areas of training or development. o Legal issues related to training & development
